Haushaltsbuch – Budget & Expense Tracker

1. Overview

Haushaltsbuch is a privacy-first budget app. All of your financial data stays on your device. We do not run a server, we have no bank connection, and we never sell your data.

2. Financial Data (stored locally only)

Everything you enter — transactions, income, expenses, categories, budgets, accounts, notes and the tax report — is stored exclusively in a local database on your device. This financial data is never transmitted to us or to any third party, and there is no bank/account linking.

3. Diagnostics & Analytics

To keep the app stable and improve it, the app uses Google Firebase services:

• Firebase Crashlytics — collects crash reports (e.g. device model, OS version, crash stack traces).
• Firebase Analytics — collects anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (e.g. which screens are opened) and a randomized app-instance identifier.

This data is processed by Google and is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. Your financial/transaction data is never included in these diagnostics.

4. Subscriptions

Optional Premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly, lifetime) are managed by Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iOS). Purchase and entitlement handling uses RevenueCat, which processes a subscription/receipt identifier — not your financial data. All payment data is processed exclusively by Google or Apple. We do not store payment information.

5. No Advertising

The app contains no ads and no advertising trackers.

6. Your Control

You can create local backups, restore them, or export your data to CSV at any time. Deleting the app removes all locally stored financial data from your device.

7. Children

This app is not directed at children under 13 years of age.
